Dosage

Recommended range from 1.5 to 6 grams per day.

We recommend to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase as needed

Application:
- as a supplement in form of powder for food, hot water, smoothies, coffee, tea or other beverages;
- to prepare infusions, pour hot water over a dry mushroom (about 1 to 2 grams) and leave for a certain time. Dosage can vary from 1 to 3 cups of infusion per day

Some exceptional products, such as Amanita Muscaria caps, mushroom extracts and functional sweets, may sometimes be shipped from Ukraine only. You can find shipment information about these products in the product description section on our website. For orders shipped from Ukraine, the delivery timeframe is usually between 14-20 days due to customs control. Such cases are rare. We are doing our best to find the fastest possible shipping solutions.
